Service Bookings

Customers must provide accurate contact details, service address, appliance brand, and symptom descriptions. Scheduled appointment slots are preferences and technician arrival is confirmed via pre-visit call.

Diagnosis & Quotations

A standard ₹499 inspection fee applies for technician doorstep diagnostics. If repair work or spare parts are needed, an estimate will be provided for customer approval before work begins.

Genuine Spare Parts

Part compatibility is verified against appliance serial and model numbers. All genuine replacement components carry standard warranty terms.

Customer Satisfaction

Every completed repair is covered by our standard 30-day service warranty covering workmanship.
