Customers may request free cancellation or rescheduling up to 2 hours before the technician's scheduled appointment time by calling +91 88928 41795.

Doorstep Visits

If a technician has already arrived at the doorstep and performed diagnostic inspection, the standard ₹499 inspection fee applies for technician travel and diagnostic time.

Spare Parts Returns

Unopened and uninstalled spare parts may be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Once installed or modified, parts are subject to the manufacturer warranty replacement policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for online payments are credited back to the original source within 5–7 banking days.
